Turnkey Projects

This turnkey military uniform production facility is designed for an annual production capacity of 500,000 uniforms, 500,000 caps, and 500,000 tactical vests. The project offers an integrated facility with high efficiency, optimized production flow, and scalable manufacturing infrastructure.

The facility requires 20,000 m² of closed area and 10,000 m² of open area. The infrastructure includes construction, electrical systems, automation, generator installation, and a central cooling system. This structure ensures uninterrupted and efficient production processes.

A total of 10 production lines will be established to support continuous and high-volume production.

The facility is supported by the following management and expert team:

• 1 CEO
• 1 Factory Manager
• 1 Accounting Manager and 5 accounting staff
• 6 production supervisors
• 4 personnel for each production line
• 2 stylists
• 3 technical personnel for machinery and automation
• 250 machinists

For operational readiness and workforce development, 3 production lines will be allocated for training purposes, with 10 personnel assigned to each line. Additionally, a dedicated team of 5 personnel will be responsible for occupational health and safety standards.
