Screw Conveyor

Screw Conveyor is a mechanical conveying system used for transporting bulk and granular materials horizontally or at an incline.

The drive is transmitted to the shaft through a gear unit (gear reducer). Helical blades welded onto the rotating shaft move the material forward as the screw rotates.

The principle of operation is based on the rotational movement of the spiral screw, which pushes the material along the conveyor. This ensures continuous, controlled, and efficient transportation, commonly used in grain, flour, and similar material handling applications.
