The product entering the machine is first distributed evenly through a distributor onto the flap system. At this stage, unwanted dust and light particles within the product are effectively separated from the main product via two suction points. The separating flaps and air pressure levels within the air suction system are optimized through PLC-controlled smart motors, ensuring maximum efficiency with minimum energy consumption.

After the pre-cleaning stage, the product is evenly distributed across four sieves located in the first deck. Coarse impurities within the product are separated at this stage. The material passing through the sieves is then recombined and directed to the lower deck, where it is again divided into four sections and passed through another set of sieves to remove fine dust.

In the final stage, the product is passed through the front channel to separate semi-filled and light grains. As a result, the product undergoes a multi-stage cleaning process and is obtained with a high level of purity.
