Excell 808 High Capacity Pre Cleaning Machine

Excell 808 High Capacity Pre Cleaning Machine features a sieve mechanism that can be adjusted according to the product, making it suitable for cleaning pulses, nuts, seeds, and oilseeds. With 8 sieves and a screen size of 1,500 x 3,000 mm, it offers a very large screening area and can process tons of product per hour within a 36 m² footprint.

The Excell 808 has a fully enclosed system, and its sieve assembly is slide-mounted, allowing easy removal and installation for user convenience. It effectively cleans a wide range of products such as lentils, chickpeas, beans, vetch, sunflower seeds, sesame, and flower/garden seeds.

Thanks to its advanced air lifting system, it operates with high efficiency. Compared to standard pre-cleaners, the deck heights and ball sizes used to prevent clogging are approximately twice as large, enabling smoother product discharge from the machine.
