Impact Detacher

Impact Detacher is a machine designed to separate and condition product particles by means of high-speed rotating pins mounted on a rotor.

The incoming material is impacted by the crusher pins at high velocity. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating disc ensures that the product is uniformly processed and directed upward through the outlet port.

This process helps break down agglomerated particles, improve product uniformity, and enhance overall milling efficiency.
