Vibro Bran Finisher

Vibro Bran Finisher is a vibratory machine used in flour and bran processing lines to recover flour particles from bran and improve product yield.

The product is fed onto a nylon sieve via a rotor. With the combined effect of centrifugal force and vibration, fine flour particles pass through the sieve while larger bran particles are retained and discharged separately.

This process minimizes flour loss, enhances efficiency, and results in cleaner bran output.
