Semolina Purifier

Semolina Purifier is a high-efficiency machine used in the milling section of flour and semolina processing plants for the cleaning and classification of semolina.

The product flow is controlled by an adjustable curtain system, ensuring uniform distribution across the entire sieve surface. The screening process is carried out using 2 or 3 layers of wire mesh.

Thanks to its aerodynamic air channel and adjustable air control flaps, a uniform vacuum is created across all sieve surfaces. This system separates bran and similar light particles from the product by suspending them in the airflow and directing them դեպի the outlet channel.

The purified semolina is then classified according to particle size and conveyed to the next stage of the process, ensuring high product quality, efficiency, and process continuity.
