Air Channel is a separation unit designed to remove light foreign materials from wheat and similar products using airflow.
It is installed at the front of the hopper and the outlet of the scourer. The feeding table at the product inlet ensures a homogeneous flow of material along the channel, improving the efficiency of air separation.
The channel section can be precisely adjusted using rear curtain adjustment bolts, allowing control over airflow and channel configuration. Proper adjustment of air velocity ensures effective separation of light impurities from the grain passing through the channel.
This system provides high efficiency in removing dust, husk, and other light particles, improving overall product quality.
