Intensive Dampener

Intensive Dampener is designed to add water to wheat in a controlled and homogeneous manner, ensuring the desired moisture level before the milling process.

The unit can be used for high water addition applications (up to 5–6%) as well as for precise low-level dampening.

Its advanced design allows the grain to absorb moisture without damage or breakage of the kernels, preserving grain integrity and improving milling performance in subsequent stages.

Developed through extensive testing over many years, this system is widely used in the cleaning and preparation sections of flour mills.
