Vitamin Feeder Machine

Vitamin Feeder Machine is designed to accurately dose and mix additives such as vitamins and minerals into flour in milling plants.

The additives are conveyed through a screw conveyor, and the dosing rate can be precisely adjusted between 10–300 grams using an RPM speed controller.

An additional cooling fan is installed to prevent overheating of the motor during low-speed operation. The mixing and scraping paddles ensure continuous and uniform feeding of additives into the screw conveyor, resulting in a homogeneous mixture.

The system operates with a 0.37 kW geared motor at 14 RPM and features a hopper with an approximate capacity of 60 liters, ensuring stable and long-term operation.
