Vertical Washing

Vertical Washing Machine is designed for effective washing of wheat and removal of heavy foreign materials.

The wheat inlet is moved back and forth to precisely control the residence time of the product in the washing chamber. The upper screw rotates at high speed, ensuring continuous water circulation and efficient washing performance.

Heavier foreign materials such as stones sink to the bottom and are discharged by a counter-rotating stone screw.

This system ensures high cleaning efficiency and improves the quality of the product for subsequent processing stages.
