Five-Deck Screen Grader

Five-Deck Screen Grader is used for grading pre-cleaned or products that do not require cleaning. It separates products into up to six different sizes and removes broken particles, serving as a final quality control step.

It is commonly placed under color sorting machines as a final inspection unit. It can be manufactured as stationary or mobile (wheeled). The machine is not used for cleaning; it only performs size classification.

Compared to four-deck graders, it includes one additional screening deck, allowing more precise and detailed separation.
