Three Deck Screen Cleaner and Grader

The Three Deck Screen Cleaner and Grader is used for cleaning and grading dry granular products such as pulses and grains. It features a powerful vacuum system that removes weak, light, and poor-quality particles by suction. The vacuum process is repeated multiple times to achieve a high level of cleaning.

The machine is equipped with three screening decks, which separate fine particles (undersize) and classify the product into three size fractions. The screens perform both cleaning and grading functions simultaneously.

It performs cleaning and three-way size separation only, and can be manufactured as stationary or mobile (wheeled).
