Four Deck Screen Cleaner and Grader

The Four Deck Screen Cleaner and Grader is used for cleaning and grading dry granular products such as pulses and grains. It is equipped with a powerful vacuum system that removes weak, light, and poor-quality particles by suction. The vacuum process is repeated multiple times to achieve a high level of cleaning.

The machine features four screening decks, allowing separation of fine particles (undersize) and classification of the product into four size fractions. The screens perform both cleaning and grading functions simultaneously.

It performs cleaning and four-way size separation only, and can be manufactured as stationary or mobile (wheeled).
