Single Deck Screen Cleaner

The Single Deck Screen Cleaner is used for cleaning dry granular products such as pulses and grains. It features a powerful vacuum system that removes weak, light, and poor-quality particles by suction. The vacuum process is repeated multiple times to achieve a high level of cleaning.

The machine has a single screening deck, which separates fine particles (undersize) and classifies the product into two size fractions. The screen performs both cleaning and basic grading functions simultaneously.

It performs cleaning and two-way size separation only, and can be manufactured as stationary or mobile (wheeled).
