Six-Deck Screen Grader

The Six-Deck Screen Grader is used for grading pre-cleaned or products that do not require cleaning. It separates products into seven different size fractions and removes broken particles, serving as a final quality control stage.

It is commonly installed under color sorting machines as a final inspection unit. It can be manufactured as stationary or mobile (wheeled). The machine is not used for cleaning; it only performs size classification.

Compared to five-deck machines, it includes one additional screening deck, enabling more precise and detailed separation into seven size groups.
