Automatic Bagging

Automatic Bagging Machine is used in grain, flour, and feed processing plants to automatically package final products in desired weights and sizes.

The system performs high-precision weighing using one or two weighing units. Once the target weight is reached, the weighing unit keeps its discharge gates closed until it receives a signal from the bag holding switch. After confirmation, the gates open and the weighed product is discharged into the bag.

After filling, the bag is transferred onto a conveyor belt, where it is automatically sewn.

Machine speed can be adjusted according to product type and bag size. This system ensures fast, accurate, and continuous packaging while reducing labor requirements and improving overall efficiency.
