Supersonic Filter is a high-efficiency filtration unit used in pneumatic conveying systems of grain, flour, and food processing plants to capture dust and fine particles.
It prevents product loss by trapping flour particles carried in the air stream using felt filter bags inside the housing. At the same time, it ensures clean air discharge, reducing environmental pollution.
The filter bags are automatically cleaned by sudden air pressure pulses (jet pulse system), maintaining continuous high filtration performance.
In addition to flour mills, it is widely used in various industries such as cement, glass, feed, and sugar processing where crushing and grinding operations are involved.
