Pellet Press Machine is a high-efficiency machine used in feed production plants for compressing raw materials into pellet form.

Semi-finished materials are transferred to the conditioner unit via a feed auger, where they are softened with steam to reach optimal conditioning. The material is then evenly distributed between the rollers and the die, where it is compressed into pellets with diameters ranging from 3.5 to 12 mm.

With adjustable knives, pellet length can be precisely controlled. This system ensures uniform structure, high density, and consistent pellet quality, improving overall production efficiency.
