Mixer is a high-efficiency machine designed to provide homogeneous mixing of different materials in grain, flour, and food processing plants.
The body is manufactured from 4–5 mm thick steel sheets, ensuring durability and long service life. The single-shaft system is equipped with double spiral (helical) blades mounted on the main shaft, providing uniform mixing of materials.
The product is fed from the top, and pressure balance during filling is maintained through an air pipe connected to the bottom bunker. The top and bottom lids are pneumatically controlled for efficient and safe filling and discharge operations.
The rotor is driven by a gear reducer, with power transmitted from the motor via a belt-pulley mechanism. The reducer output is directly coupled to the mixer shaft.
This design ensures fast discharge, high mixing homogeneity, and reliable performance in continuous production processes.
