Premix Dosage

Premix Dosage System is used in feed production plants to accurately dose vitamins, minerals, and additives in predefined ratios for consistent feed formulation.

Different raw materials are transferred from silos to the weighing bunker via independently operating screw conveyors. Each screw operates separately, allowing precise and individual weighing of each component.

After weighing, the product is discharged through pneumatically controlled gates and transferred to the lower feeder bunker to reduce waiting time and ensure continuous operation.

The system can be manufactured in various capacities according to plant requirements and ensures high dosing accuracy, improved feed quality, and production consistency.
