Pellet Press

Pellet Press is a high-efficiency machine used in feed production plants for compressing raw materials into pellet form.

Semi-finished material is transferred to the conditioner unit via a feed auger. In this stage, the product is softened with steam to achieve optimal conditioning before pressing. The material is then evenly distributed between the rollers and the die, where it is compressed into pellets with diameters ranging from 3.5 to 12 mm.

With adjustable knives, pellet length can be precisely controlled. This system ensures uniform structure, high density, and consistent pellet quality, maximizing efficiency in feed production processes.
