Hammer Mill Loading & Magnet

Hammer Mill Loading & Magnet Unit is designed to ensure controlled feeding of material into the hammer mill while providing magnetic protection against metal contaminants.

Working in integration with a balanced and robust hammer mill rotor, the system supports efficient grinding of raw materials with densities between 0.2–0.8 kg/dm³. The feeding unit ensures a consistent and uniform material flow into the mill.

The integrated magnetic separator captures metal particles that may be present in the product, protecting the mill components and improving product quality.

Hardened hammers and hammer bars provide high wear resistance, while the easily replaceable hammer and sieve system simplifies maintenance. A strong bearing housing ensures durability and long service life.

Operating at low noise levels (90–93 dB), the system offers safe, efficient, and continuous performance.
