Hammer Mill

Hammer Mill is a high-efficiency machine used for crushing and grinding granular and bulk materials into the desired particle size.

The rotor is designed with both dynamic and static balancing, ensuring stable and vibration-free operation. It is capable of processing raw materials with densities between 0.2–0.8 kg/dm³.

Hardened hammers and hammer bars, treated with thermal processing, provide high resistance to wear. The easily replaceable hammer and sieve system allows for quick maintenance. A robust bearing housing system ensures durability and long service life.

The machine operates with low noise levels (90–93 dB) while maintaining high performance and reliability.
