Dosing Scale

Dosing Scale is used in feed, grain, and food processing plants for precise weighing and dosing of semi-finished products into final products.

The system is typically installed under silos or tanks. Materials coming from storage are transferred to the weighing hopper via an automatic belt system. Once the preset weight (e.g., 25–50 kg) is reached, the system automatically stops feeding.

After weighing, the pneumatic bottom gates open, allowing the product to be discharged into bags positioned by the operator at the outlet.

This system ensures accurate dosing, minimizes material loss, and improves overall process efficiency and product consistency.
